Why do sizes vary between products?
Because our products come from different suppliers and brands, sizing can vary per item. Some pieces start from size M because they run smaller, while others are available up to 5XL. This allows us to offer a wide range of fits so everyone can find something that feels just right.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free shipping, with no minimum order value required. Your order will be delivered on average within 8-12 days. During checkout, you’ll see the exact estimated delivery time for your address.
What is your return policy?
At Lelakuh, you have 30 days to return your order. Not completely satisfied but prefer to keep the item? You can request a partial refund — a more sustainable option that helps us reduce unnecessary returns.
Still prefer a full refund? No problem. Simply send the product back in its original condition within 30 days, and we’ll process your refund.
Please note that certain items — such as underwear, personal care products, or customized items — cannot be returned.

Why do some products have more photos than others?
We aim to show as many images as possible for each product — to give you a clear idea of the fit, color, and details. However, some suppliers or collections simply provide more visual material than others, which is why the number of photos per product can vary.
Why do you offer 10%, 15%, and 25% discounts?
We use a tiered discount system to reward customers fairly and transparently. The more items you combine or order, the greater your savings. This ensures our products remain consistently priced while giving you extra value on larger purchases.
